Join LifeSport Coaching for a swim clinic in Kona

The Kona Pier Swim Clinic LifeSport Coaching, the Official Coaches of Ironman will be holding a free swim clinic at the Kona-Kailua Pier at 7:30 AM on Thursday October 11.

The clinic will focus on giving course-specific tips to help you have your best possible swim in Kailua Bay on Ironman race day.

The clinic will be run by Paul Regensburg, Canadian Olympic and Pan Am Games Coach and Alister Russell, former UK World Class Performance coach.
